Aurelia offers fine jewelry, timepieces, and lifestyle objects for sale in India. Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose; slight variations in colour, finish, or scale can occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of some pieces.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials and OTP codes confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, including if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we cannot fulfil it. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and may change without notice, except for orders already accepted.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders that appear fraudulent, or request additional verification before fulfilment.

We accept online payment through our payment partner Razorpay and, where offered at checkout, cash on delivery. Online payments are processed by the payment provider; their terms also apply to the transaction. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the selected method for the order total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and stock. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide. Please ensure the shipping details are complete and accurate. Complimentary nationwide shipping currently applies on orders over ₹20,000.

If a piece arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at hello@aurelia.in within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will advise on inspection, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, and items that have been worn, altered, or are missing original packaging, may not be eligible for return except where required by law.

All content on this site — including product photography, copy, logos, and design — is owned by Aurelia or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it other than through the interfaces we provide, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from products purchased, including loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
